Without Novel’s support, most of MnSEIA’s 2019 legislative work would not have happened. Novel even provided additional assistance to ensure that defensive work could be done. The company also provided great insight into policy matters, testified repeatedly on all sorts of solar matters at the legislative level, commented on several Community Solar Gardens dockets and played an integral role in removing an unworkable deposit piece from potential program modifications. Novel also helped MnSEIA with networking and other aide, including arrangements for meet and greets with agricultural and policy leaders. Truly, Novel Energy Solutions was an outstanding member throughout the year.
