Cynthia Bennett is the Interim Executive Director of the Minnesota Solar Energy Industries Association (MnSEIA), providing leadership and support during the organization’s executive transition. As the Board of Directors conducts its search for MnSEIA’s next Executive Director, Cynthia is focused on supporting the MnSEIA team, engaging with members, and continuing the association’s work to advance solar and energy storage across Minnesota.
Cynthia brings more than 15 years of experience across the solar and electrical industries, with expertise in association leadership, strategic communications, public affairs, and organizational development. Through Cynergy Consulting, she works with organizations to develop strategies, build partnerships, and navigate opportunities for growth.
A longtime MnSEIA member and partner, Cynthia brings a strong understanding of the association’s mission and the industry it serves. Her experience working with contractors, developers, manufacturers, trade associations, and policymakers allows her to connect strategy with real-world implementation.
