Megan Holz-Brown is the Director of Marketing & Engagement for the Minnesota Solar Energy Industries Association (MnSEIA), where she combines marketing, events, and communications to help Minnesota’s clean energy community grow.
Megan joined MnSEIA as a Marketing & Events Intern in 2022. Since then, she has grown alongside the organization through several roles before stepping into her current leadership position. Today, she leads marketing strategy, member communications, and industry engagement, including MnSEIA’s annual Gateway to Solar Conference.
Megan also founded MnSEIA’s Young Professionals in Clean Energy Group, creating opportunities for emerging leaders to build connections, learn from one another, and grow within Minnesota’s energy industry. Outside of MnSEIA, she contracts with Done & Done Events, supporting conference logistics and digital event platforms for clients across industries. She also serves as a Chapter Ambassador for the Midwest Chapter of Women in Cleantech & Sustainability, helping foster connections and community among women working across clean energy and sustainability.
