Megan Holz is the Director of Marketing & Engagement for the Minnesota Solar Energy Industries Association (MnSEIA), where she leads marketing strategy, member communications, and industry engagement to advance solar and energy storage across the state.
Megan joined MnSEIA in May 2022 as a Marketing & Events Intern and has grown with the organization through Associate and Senior Associate roles before stepping into her current leadership position. She also founded and continues to lead MnSEIA’s Young Professionals in Clean Energy Group, creating space for emerging leaders to connect and grow within Minnesota’s clean energy industry.
Prior to MnSEIA, Megan worked with the Sierra Club Wisconsin Chapter as a Digital Organizing Project Aide, supporting grassroots advocacy and digital engagement efforts.
Megan holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Environmental Science from the University of Wisconsin–Superior. Her passion for sustainability and community engagement continues to shape her work in clean energy.
