About:

Who We Are: Young Professionals in Clean Energy is a networking group for young professionals working in the clean energy industry in Minnesota. Whether you're a seasoned professional or just starting out in your career, our community is here to support your journey within the clean energy industry. This group is open to everyone, regardless of whether your company is a MnSEIA member. Job seekers are welcome to attend! Join the Young Professional's email list here for event reminders and group updates.

Our Mission: To become the top networking group for young clean energy professionals in Minnesota, while fostering the growth of the next-generation workforce in the state's solar + energy storage industry.

Meeting Schedule: The group meets on months when there is not a MnSEIA hosted event, rotating between networking events and professional development opportunities (like guest speakers and tours).

Become More Involved: MnSEIA members are invited to join the Young Professionals Committee, which organizes and manages the Young Professionals in Clean Energy group. The committee plans events, recruits new members, makes connections, and steers the Groups' strategy. Contact Megan Holz if you're interested in joining the committee or for more information. We always need more people to participate!
